Health and Safety Policy is important and necessary to both employers and employees. Employers should guarantee employees’ safety and provide a safe place to work. It maintains your staffs work comfortably and much better productivity. I need to educate staffs and sign up several insurances for emergency. Also fire alarms and fire extinguishers must be equipped in every floor. If my employees are injured in company, even though I try hard to protect them, I ought to compensate them.
