#01 MATERIALS
Materials = Things are able to be used or develop
Raw material = basis of everything such as goods, clothes and resources.
I like cooking because I can eat my food straightaway and serve it when I greet a guest. I am going to bake some cookies. To cook a delicious snack, I should ready some ingredients; Baking powder, sugar, flour, eggs, chocolate chips and other things. This is an example of raw material. One day, my friend asks for me to record the way I bake cookies. She wants to write an article about home baking and she needs some references. I accepted her request and she brings tools what she need. She takes a camera, timer and jotter. She records the steps, recipe and ingredients and take photos of it. These components are also materials of her article. Recipes, ingredient, an oven, kitchen utensils and whole process and result of baking are able to be used as materials.

#01 FACILITIES AND LOCATION
Facility = A structure designed for special purpose
The facility means a place that everyone can use for doing something. Normally facility satisfies the conditions of its purpose. For example, you use public facility for free like a library. There are books, magazines, newspaper, desks, chairs and even computers. You can do whatever you want at the library.
Location = A real spot where you get visual references
You must make sure of the location where you have to take photos including activities requires you a licence. The place exists but it is not possible to extract data without permission. There is a terrible example down here.
During summer, my film club members decide to make a movie clip. We have to find a proper place to dance. Fortunately, one of members knows a professional facility and we agree to use there. When we arrived at the studio, however, the owner was there and he does not let us to enter the studio. He says we must owe a lincence to use high-function equipment. Unwillingly we choose to use a normal room for free.

#02 PERSONNEL | CONTRIBUTORS
Personnel = Coworker
It is normal to be a member of a project. Personnel is a person who is going to do tasks together. Everyone has various kinds of traits, and it affects when you work side by side. Your characters tell us a lot of things about you such as your specialty or style. Then how could people distinguish their strength and weakness? Here is a skill audit to test your techniques. (There is more about skill audit in category 3 of Task 2)
Why people emphasize the importance of skill audit? To confirm one’s abilities is very significant for everybody. The reason why is it leads you to know exactly what type of field is the most suitable for you. Not only you, but also your team members need to realize which part needs to get more ready. Once personnel make sure all the skills, it becomes excellent to create a great result and cover a defect together.
If people consider using skill audit in the beginning of their work, it must be helpful to achieve the desired effect. I recommend you to applying skill audits straightway.
Contributor = Unofficial cooperator
Have you ever interviewed people on the street? Some of them will take part in a small talk. Those people who chat with you are contributors. They do not belong to my team, however, they co-operate in project. On the other hand, somebody who answers a question what you ask for a price or something in web. The answerer can be your contributor, too. (It is related to legal constraints in category 6 of Task 1)
SWOT
SWOT is the way you build a plan and explain to evaluate the 4 major features of a business venture; Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats. By presenting SWOT, you can fix several fatal flaws and improve project easily. Also you get critical comments so that you care about matters that bother you.
Strengths : What is the advantage of your company?
Weakness : What kind of parts need to be developed?
Opportunities : All chances to accomplish the aim.
Threats : The risks or a obstacles that your company has.
